CalRATERS Energy Solutions is a family owned and operated company that has over 20 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry and has been in the home energy industry since 2013.

We proudly started our business in 2015 with one goal in mind...simplify the HERS process for contractors and homeowners alike.   

We had seen what the HERS process was like from the contractors perspective and we wanted to give an entirely different approach to the Title 24 industry.  A simpler approach, with a streamlined process and at the end of the day a satisfied contractor and homeowner.   At this time, we started what we call our "start to finish process"...we provide everything from permitting, to HERS testing to closing out each job with the final city inspection.  We wanted our contractors to know we would take care of it all!

Our business has become so much more than just HERS testing.  

We wanted to help not only the contractor but the homeowner.  

We started looking towards the future, an energy efficient future, and seeing that there are changes that can be made.  This enticed us to dig deeper and become more than just  HERS raters.  We wanted to become energy experts.  We wanted to provide energy solutions, not just testing.  So we did just that!  We became BPI Building Analysts and certified Home Energy Assessors.  

 We now provide everything from HERS testing, to home energy audits to basic home assessments.  All of this with YOU, the contractor, the homeowner, the energy consumer in mind.
