Homeowners in the Bay Area can now receive rebates for making upgrades that bring comfort, energy savings and healthier indoor air quality to their home.
We work with BayREN Participating contractors to help them make the process easy and seamless for their customers.
What Qualifies for a Rebate
Eligible energy efficiency upgrades that qualify for rebates are home air sealing, duct sealing, insulation, high efficient furnaces and air conditioners, high efficient water heaters, and more! Bay Area residents with homes built in 2001 or earlier qualify.
Customers must complete improvements with a BayREN Participating contractor and are eligible for up to $5000.00 in rebates!

Just send us over the customers information and we will not only coordinate the job with them but we will take care of everything, start to finish!

Our BPI Building Analysts will arrive on site to perform all of the required combustion safety testing for your customers rebate. While on site we will also perform the HERS testing for the new installation. We will take care of both tests in one visit...saving you and your customer time and money!

Once the job is done and testing is complete, our rebate management staff will submit all of the final rebates to BayREN. We will make sure that everything has been completed within a timely manor (all rebates are submitted within a few days of testing) and we will manage the process along the way to make sure your customer receives their final rebate!

We provide contractors with a start to finish process! Our office staff will take care of all of the paperwork (enrollment form and application) and obtain all required signatures from the homeowner. We will contact each homeowner directly to schedule their final combustion safety testing and perform any required HERS testing at the same time. Our BPI Building Analyst will arrive at the customers home and perform the CAS and HERS testing all in one day!
Within a couple days of the testing, our BayREN specialists will submit the rebates for each measure in the BayREN portal and manage the process from start to finish! We will make sure that each homeowner receives their rebate and that you are kept up to date throughout the entire process!
